Description

A cel from that anarchist animation studio, the Koochiching County Cartoon Co-operative. From the only G-rated 'Baybee the Blue Fox' cartoon, "Moosemilk Run", done in 1931. Baybee is smuggling moonshine whiskey (Moosemilk) from Canada into the USA, during Prohibition. It was a silent movie, and not quite full color.
